Global Moving Foundation Gift Policy

The Global Moving Foundation (formerly the Alan F. Wohlstetter Scholarship Fund) accepts monetary donations, including cash, checks, and electronic transfers, or in-kind donations to support its mission. Donors are encouraged to consult legal and financial advisors regarding tax and estate implications of their gifts. Gifts can also be included as part of estate planning to provide long-term support for the Foundation’s initiatives.
The Foundation does not accept donations of real estate, tangible personal property, or restricted gifts that do not align with its objectives. Earmarked donations are accepted if they fit the Foundation's mission and do not overly restrict fund use. All donations are subject to review, and donors may need to provide documentation verifying the gift's nature. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse any donation.
The Foundation maintains accurate financial records, provides appropriate tax documentation for accepted gifts, and reserves the right to amend this policy as needed to align with evolving needs and regulations.
