Jackie Agner Community Impact Awards
The Jackie Agner Community Impact Awards were created in honor and memory of former Alan F. Wohlstetter Scholarship Fund Secretary/Treasurer and IAM Hall of Honoree, Jackie Agner. Ms. Agner was a key member and volunteer leader of the International Association of Movers (IAM) serving on the IAM Executive Committee in various roles over 18 years. She was truly an industry pioneer and leader (a complete list of her achievements can be found on Ms. Agner’s Hall of Honor page.) Notwithstanding her career accomplishments, Ms. Agner was a devoted wife and mother, a supportive friend, and a mentor to countless IAM Members and individuals within her local community.
This scholarship commemorates Jackie’s generous spirit and commitment to volunteer service throughout her lifetime.
Previously offered as an added student scholarship distinction, the Jackie Agner Community Impact Awards are now being expanded into two independent awards. These honors will celebrate one individual and one company in the global moving industry whose charitable or humanitarian efforts have made a significant, positive difference in their communities. These awards commemorate Jackie’s generous spirit and commitment to volunteer service throughout her lifetime.

Jackie Agner Community Impact Individual Award
Honors one individual each year in the global moving and mobility industry for outstanding charitable or humanitarian impact
Award Details
• Onstage recognition at the IAM Annual Meeting & Expo during the Global Moving Foundation presentation
• $2,500 USD awarded to the recipient and an additional $2,500 USD donation made by the Global Moving Foundation to the recipient’s charity of choice
Eligibility & Timing
• Open to IAM member employees, a member employee of an ITP-approved industry training program provider, and IAM student members
• Applications accepted year-round
• Applications must be submitted by May 1 for current-year consideration
• Volunteer work must be ongoing or completed within the last 12 months
